Blond Molly R&D Brewery

Having a brewery designed specifically as a research laboratory is both a luxury and a necessity.  Working in the Blonde Molly lab allows us to develop Hopzoil-specific recipes and troubleshoot any issues found by brewers around the world. 

The Blonde Molly (yes, named after Tom’s yellow lab) Brewery is a 1 BBL system with two fermenting vessels and five Bright Tanks. These tanks are specifically designed to be able to test and control against up to five variables on any dosage rate, or any varietal, to provide accurate comparables in using Hopzoils along with any other ingredient.
